CDM Convention 2013

    This weekend was our annual CDM convention in Greensboro. This is always an exciting time for the studio! Madi was injured in September for preliminaries so she couldn't compete, but the studio had great representation from our girls! We had Lizi competing for the Junior Miss Dance, Sommer, Madi Lengel and Ashlyn competing for the teens. Blair and Bailey were up for the Seniors. We had a great showing, and Blair won her title. It was very emotional watching Mariah pass her crown on to Blair, one senior to the next! Madi got a little overwhelmed watching Mariah perform her last dance for CDM as she is graduating this year and moving on to bigger and better things!

     Madi joined the Junior member program this year and won 2nd place for her entrance essay! We were very surprised as we didn't know that was something that was even recognized and when Madi came out from banquet she was so proud! She is really blooming into a wonderful and talented young lady!
